We are located on Tynemouth Road, the A187 (which is the main bus route between Tynemouth village and North Shields town centre) opposite the junction with Tanners Bank - which runs down to North Shields Fish Quay. The pub is a 10 mins drive from the Tyne Tunnel. Tynemouth Metro Station is just 5 minutes walk away. Leave the Metro Station on the sea side and turn right along Station Terrace to the main road, which is Tynemouth Road. Turn right at Tynemouth Road and walk about half a mile west, past the Master Mariners' Home to the Tynemouth Lodge Hotel. |
